Your Mission
- Operate the Caravan to a high skilled standard, adhering to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-flight duties, including performance planning, weight and balance, weather and NOTAM review, and accurate flight logs.
- Manage IFR and VFR operations with strong situational awareness and disciplined decision-making.
- Maintain clear, customer-focused communication with operations, ground teams, and passengers.
- Champion a proactive safety culture through reporting, checklist discipline, and adherence to the Safety Management System.
What You’ll Bring
- Total Time: 700 hours minimum
- License Required: CPL + IR
- Accepted Licenses: CASA
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided
- Consistent airmanship, sound judgement, and strong adherence to procedures.
- Professional communication skills and a team-first mindset.
