This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled qualified who enjoys transforming engineering concepts into precise, buildable documentation and collaborating closely with project, engineering and manufacturing teams.

About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director and Construction Manager, you will be responsible for producing accurate structural models and detailed construction documentation that supports efficient off‑site manufacturing and successful on‑site installation.

The role has a strong emphasis on structural modelling and detailing, ensuring documentation is practical, coordinated and ready for fabrication. Experience with architectural drafting and coordination will be highly regarded and will provide additional value within our integrated project delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed structural models using Revit.
- Prepare accurate structural, fabrication and construction documentation.
- Produce coordinated drawing packages suitable for manufacturing and site construction.




- Coordinate documentation with engineers, architects and external consultants.
- Review designs for constructability, manufacturing efficiency and compliance.
- Manage drawing revisions and document control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with design development, value engineering and technical problem solving.
- Liaise with project delivery and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure documentation complies with the National Construction Code, Australian Standards and project specifications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of drafting standards, systems and workflows.

About You

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented Draftsperson who takes pride in producing accurate, practical and coordinated documentation. You enjoy working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and have a strong understanding of how quality documentation contributes to successful project delivery.

Proven experience as a Draftsperson within the residential and/or commercial construction industry.

Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (essential).

Strong experience in structural modelling and detailing.

Sound understanding of construction methods, structural systems and detailing principles.





Excellent communication and coordination skills.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines.

Highly Regarded

- Experience in architectural drafting and design coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience within modular, prefabricated or off‑site construction.
- Knowledge of Australian Standards and NCC compliance requirements.
