About the Role

Working from the display suite, you'll manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to contract, building lasting relationships while delivering an exceptional purchasing experience.

You'll be responsible for:

- Managing buyer enquiries from first contact through to contract exchange
- Conducting appointments and presenting the community with confidence
- Building strong relationships with purchasers and referral networks
- Maintaining consistent follow-up and sales momentum
- Managing your CRM, reporting and sales pipeline accurately

About You





We're looking for someone who understands residential land sales and enjoys working directly with buyers.

You'll bring:

- Proven success selling residential land communities
- Experience within Melbourne's Northern Growth Corridor
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-motivated and skilled approach
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
