Facestudio by Bronnie is a boutique cosmetic and skin clinic located in Turramurra on Sydney's Upper North Shore. We are passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes through advanced technology, evidence-based treatments and genuinely personalised care.

As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Dermal Clinician / Dermal Therapist to join our close knit team on a casual or part-time basis.

About the Role

This is much more than performing treatments.

You'll be responsible for guiding patients through every stage of their skin journey, from their initial consultation through to achieving long-term results. We're looking for someone who takes pride in building genuine relationships with patients, delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and contributing to the ongoing growth of our clinic.

You will perform comprehensive skin consultations, create personalised treatment plans, educate patients on their treatment options and home care, monitor progress throughout their journey and ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Medical Grade Facials and Chemical Peels

Electrolysis

Diathermy

CryoPen

InLift Inner Cheek Laser (Snoring Treatment)

Your Responsibilities

As one of our Senior Dermal Clinicians / Dermal Therapists you will:

Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and detailed skin analyses

Design personalised treatment plans and regularly review patient progress

Perform advanced dermal and laser treatments safely and confidently





Obtain informed consent and thoroughly educate patients on treatment expectations, risks and aftercare

Maintain accurate clinical notes, treatment photography and patient records

Recommend evidence-based home skincare and ongoing maintenance programs

Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional follow-up and patient care

Conduct patient reviews and monitor treatment outcomes

Work collaboratively with our Cosmetic Nurses and refer patients where appropriate

Confidently manage patient concerns and adverse events with professionalism and empathy

Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, maintain equipment, stock levels and clinic presentation

Ensure all laser equipment is maintained, calibrated and compliant with safety standards

Assist with reception duties and support the wider team during quieter periods

Contribute ideas for clinic promotions, educational content, marketing initiatives and clinic events

Continually seek opportunities to improve patient experiences and clinic processes

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for an experienced clinician who is passionate about skin, committed to achieving outstanding patient outcomes and enjoys working within a collaborative team workplace.

You will have:

Minimum 2 years experience as a Dermal Clinician or Dermal Therapist

Diploma or Bachelor of Dermal Science/Dermal Therapies (highly regarded)

Current Laser Safety Officer (LSO) Certificate (ESSENTIAL)

Strong experience performing advanced skin and laser treatments

Confidence conducting consultations and developing comprehensive treatment plans

Excellent communication and patient education skills





High attention to detail with accurate clinical documentation

Exceptional organisational and time management skills

A proactive attitude and willingness to contribute across all areas of the clinic

A genuine passion for ongoing education and professional development

The ability to work independently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care

Experience working within a cosmetic injectables or medical aesthetics clinic will be highly regarded.
