Key Responsibilities

- Monitor entrances and exits to prevent theft and unauthorised access.

- Conduct regular patrols within the store and surrounding areas.

- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or customer concerns.

- Deter theft and antisocial behaviour through strong situational awareness.

- Work closely with management and, where required, law enforcement.

- Prepare and submit accurate incident reports.

Qualifications

- Current VictorianSecurity Licence.

- CurrentPolice Check.





- CurrentWorking With Children Check.

- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

- Professional presentation and a calm attitude under pressure.

- Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
