At Let's Swim!, we believe learning to swim is about so much more than strokes it's about building confidence, teaching lifelong water safety, and creating memories that last a lifetime.

We're a family-owned swim school with two boutique locations, and we're growing. We're on the hunt for enthusiastic, reliable swim teachers to join our team for weekday afternoon and Saturday shifts.

No experience? That's okay. We're happy to support the right applicants in gaining their industry qualifications (conditions apply).

What you'll be doing

- Teaching children essential swimming and water safety skills
- Delivering engaging, fun and goal-focused lessons
- Building genuine relationships with children and their families
- Creating a safe,



positive and supportive learning environment
- Working alongside a team that's genuinely passionate about making a difference

We're looking for people who:

- Enjoy working in the water
- Are passionate about working with children
- Are friendly, energetic and positive
- Are reliable and committed
- Are great communicators and eager to learn
- Are team players who enjoy a supportive environment

Essential requirements

- Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety qualification (Swim Australia or equivalent) — or willingness to complete
- Current Resuscitation/CPR Certificate — or willingness to obtain
- Paid Working With Children Check — or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
- Current Australian working rights
- Availability across weekdays and/or weekends

Desirable requirements

- Babies and Toddlers teaching qualification
- Access and Inclusion teaching qualification
- First Aid
