In this role, you'll:

- Provide leadership and direction to team members, building capability, coordinating work activities, and ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to required standards.
- Manage operational performance and workplace culture by resolving complex issues, making informed decisions, addressing team challenges, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive setting.
- Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement through WHS and environmental compliance, risk management, quality assurance, maintenance of procedures, and ongoing process enhancement.

Qualifications and Requirements

- You bring strong expertise in bridge and drainage structure construction and maintenance, delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality infrastructure outcomes.
- You demonstrate effective leadership skills by supervising teams, coordinating work activities, and driving successful project delivery.
- You hold essential trade and safety qualifications,



including a Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent) and a current Construction Industry White Card.
- You maintain required licences and compliance standards, including a current Class C Driver Licence and the ability to obtain additional tickets, certifications, and accreditations as needed.
