Key Responsibilities

- Follow our inhouse lesson plans while showing us your personality and flare through execution
- Recommend students for level progression as appropriate
- Provide excellent customer service to parents and students alike
- Be motivated and committed to perform to a high standard each shift
- Be friendly, polite, and approachable at all times within our facility

What You Need

- A passion to teach children of all ages and foster a positive learning environment
- An ability to work well in a team and contribute to the open exchange of ideas and discussion




- A self-motivated and customer-oriented attitude
- ASCTA or AUSTSWIM Qualification (TSW - SISSS00132) - (we will guide you on how to best obtain this qualification)
- Current CPR Certification - (can be provided on-site before commencement of your employment)
- Valid Working with Children checks (or willingness to obtain)

With over 25 years’ experience promoting water safety and awareness, we pride ourselves on providing unparalleled customer service and expert swimming tuition.

Our commitment is to provide high quality, professional teaching methods in a fun, clean, friendly, and safe environment. Our eco-friendly pools use a Saltwater/Magnesium Filtration system which provides the highest standard of water quality.

Our swim school offers lessons for clients from 6 months of age through to adults with classes conducted 7 days a week.

Essential Requirements

- Current Provide/Perform CPR
- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety / Swim Australia Teacher (or equivalent)
- Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check

Desirable Criteria

- Pool Lifeguard Award
- First Aid Certificate
- Teacher of Babies and Toddlers / Infant and Preschool Aquatics
- Teacher of Competitive Strokes / Squad Fundamentals
- Teacher of Access and Inclusion / Learners with Disability
- Teacher of Adolescents and Adults
- Advanced Resuscitation
