About the Role

As a Senior Client‑Side Project Manager you will be responsible for managing multiple projects across the full project lifecycle while acting as the trusted advisor to your clients.

You will lead consultants, contractors and stakeholders through every stage of delivery while ensuring programme, budget, quality and commercial objectives are achieved.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, commercial awareness and the ability to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

- Manage projects from feasibility through to completion

- Lead consultant procurement and coordination

- Manage project programmes, budgets and risk

- Oversee design development and authority approvals





- Administer procurement and tender processes

- Manage contractors throughout delivery

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Prepare project reporting for clients and stakeholders

- Mentor and support junior project managers where required

About You

You’ll ideally possess:

- 5 - 7+ years' client-side project management experience

- Experience delivering commercial, mixed-use, education, health, government or large residential projects

- Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle

- Excellent stakeholder and consultant management skills

- Commercially astute with strong problem-solving ability

- Professional presentation and communication skills

- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Property, Engineering, Architecture or similar
