Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality hairdressing services, including cuts, styles, treatments, perming, up-styles, chemical straightening, and advanced techniques requiring master cutting skills.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
- Promote and demonstrate hair care products to clients.
- Supervise and mentor junior hairdressers and apprentices.
- Manage appointments and maintain efficient time management.




- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hairdressing.

Skill & Experience

- Minimum 10 years of experience as a hairdresser.
- Proficiency in a range of advanced hairdressing techniques and styles, including perming, up-styles, chemical straightening, and master cutting.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to undergo additional training and development.
- Must be available to work weekends and public holidays.
- Must be proficient in both classic and avant-garde hairdressing styles.
