About the role

In this dual role, we are looking for a full-time person, you will support bothcustomer serviceand be awarehouse assistant, helping ensure our customers receive the best service, and our products are handled with care.

Customer Service Responsibilities

- Visit and assist in-person to our customers
- Setting up our flooring display for our Sydney customers
- Work with our dedicated Administration Team in our Office
- We require somebody who is confidant who can work alone and as a team
- Following the lead of the senior sales team and management

Warehouse Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately
- Receive and check incoming goods
- Maintain stock organisation and cleanliness
- Assist with stock takes and inventory control

About you

- Experience in customer service, and warehousing
- Helpful attitude
- A willingness to learn about flooring and underlay and related products
- Forklift licence (preferred, not essential)
