Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor | Yatala QLD | 6am shift

Currently seeking a skilled and energetic Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor to join the Yatala QLD plant. Working closely with a small, committed team of three and taking the lead on all mechanical repairs and maintenance.

Please note this will be a permanent full time position , Successful candidate must be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical and police check (if you have a current police check please advise upon interview)

Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Operations

- We require someone with Manufacturing Experience.
- We are seeking a hands-on Fitter with supervisory experience.
- An Australia-recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification; or
- An overseas trade qualification that has been formally recognised/equivalent in Australia.
- Experience in Supervising a small team
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous Leading Hand or supervisory experience advantageous
- Robust fault-finding and problem-solving capability
- Experience with SAP or similar systems advantageous




- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Safety-focused with a proactive approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Connect/Disconnect Licence Preferred but not essential.
- Hours Monday to Thursday 6am to 2.30pm.
- Friday 6am to 12.00pm.

- Standard hours with flexibility required to support operations, including:
- Occasional overtime.
- On-call support as required.
- Balanced with early finish Friday’s as part of our standard working week.
- The successful candidate will be offered a base hourly rate per hour (gross) plus super. Along with a Team Leader Allowance per hour, with other company bonus schemes after probationary period.
- Employees also have the opportunity to increase their earnings through overtime and call-back penalty rates.
- EWP & Forklift licences preferred but not essential.
