What You'll Do

Create Exceptional Bridal Experiences

- Lead private bridal appointments and deliver the warm, personalised experience Ivory Thread is known for.
- Build genuine relationships with brides and their guests, creating a calm, relaxed and memorable appointment.
- Provide thoughtful styling advice and confidently guide brides through their dress journey.
- Respond to phone, email and social media enquiries with professionalism, warmth and care.
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy, confidence and a solutions-focused approach.

Boutique Operations

- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the boutique.
- Open and close the boutique independently.
- Maintain exceptional presentation, cleanliness and visual merchandising throughout the boutique.
- Manage appointment scheduling and ensure each day runs seamlessly.
- Keep boutique supplies, stationery and consumables organised and fully stocked.
- Maintain our website, POS system and product information.




- Look for opportunities to improve our systems, boutique presentation and overall customer experience.

Orders & Inventory

- Place bridal gown and accessory orders accurately.
- Track deliveries and liaise with designers regarding production and shipping.
- Receive, check and process incoming gowns and accessories.
- Coordinate bride communications regarding gown arrivals and collection appointments.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all order management.

Lead & Support the Team

- Inspire, mentor and support our boutique team to do their best work.
- Train and coach new stylists, helping them grow in confidence and skill.
- Foster a positive, supportive and high-performing team culture.
- Help the team achieve sales goals while always putting the bride's experience first.
- Ensure every appointment reflects the high level of service Ivory Thread is known for.
- Assist with rostering and day-to-day team coordination.
- Confidently manage the boutique and make decisions when needed.

Fashion, Buying & Growth

- Contribute creative ideas for social media, boutique marketing and customer experience.
- Assist with content creation, photoshoots and promotional campaigns.
- Be involved in selecting current designers and future collections that align with the Ivory Thread brand.
- As you become established in the role, there may be opportunities to attend buying appointments, bridal events and, where appropriate, interstate or international buying trips.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and support the continued growth of Ivory Thread.
