Lynch Staffing is currently recruiting experienced Empty Handler / Reach Stacker Operators on behalf of our client, a leading organisation within the container terminal industry.

Based at Port Botany, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement, stacking and loading of empty shipping containers while working in a fast-paced terminal environment.

Lynch Staffing is currently recruiting experienced Empty Handler / Reach Stacker Operators on behalf of our client, a leading organisation within the container terminal industry.

Based at Port Botany, you will be responsible for the protected and efficient movement, stacking and loading of empty shipping containers while working in a fast-paced terminal environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate Empty Handlers / Reach Stackers safely and efficiently.

- Move, stack and load shipping containers throughout the terminal.

- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

- Participate in daily pre-start meetings and toolbox talks.

- Work effectively within a team while also being capable of working independently.





- Maintain a clean, safe and productive work environment.

Essential Requirements

- Current Reach Stacker license with demonstrated operating experience.

- Previous experience operating Empty Handlers or Reach Stackers within a container yard, logistics or transport environment.

- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

- Physically fit and capable of manual duties when required.

- Clear communication skills.

- Reliable, punctual and responsible work ethic.

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Own reliable transport.

- Available to work a minimum 38-hour week, Monday to Friday, with overtime as required.

- Available for an immediate start.

Site Requirements

As this is a high-security operational site, all successful applicants must be willing to:

- Undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

- Participate in random drug and alcohol testing throughout employment.

- Complete all required site inductions and safety training prior to commencing work.

- Competitive hourly rates of $45.50 - $55.00 per hour, depending on experience.
