Precision Bush Regeneration is seeking motivated Bush Regeneration Team Members/sub contractors, with the potential to quickly progress into a Supervisor role for the right candidate.

This is a hands-on field position working across natural areas on the Gold Coast & surrounds, with structured support and development for the right applicant who demonstrates leadership capability and commitment to best-practice bush regeneration techniques.

Role Overview:

- Bush regeneration and natural areas restoration field works
- Working as part of a field crew on restoration projects
- Opportunity to develop into a Supervisor role
- On-the-job mentoring and skill development provided

Preferred Requirements:

- Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management (or equivalent)
- QLD Ground Distribution License / Commercial Operators License / NSW Chemcert
- Strong knowledge of local native and environmental weeds species and weed control techniques




- Physically fit and capable of outdoor fieldwork
- Reliable, punctual, and safety focused
- Reliable transport/ute
- Own restoration tools
