Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Pick Packer / Store Person to join their busy warehouse team in Toowoomba. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong computer skills, and takes pride in ensuring customer orders are picked and packed accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using warehouse management systems
- Receive, check, store, and dispatch incoming goods
- Process orders and maintain accurate inventory records using computer-based systems
- Conduct stock counts and assist with inventory management
- Ensure all orders are packed correctly and dispatched on time
- Identify and report stock discrepancies or damaged goods
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as required
- Work closely with team members to meet daily operational targets

About You

- Previous warehouse, stores, pick packing, or inventory experience preferred
- Strong computer skills and confidence using inventory or warehouse management systems




- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when picking orders
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
