About the Role

As a Service Controls Technician, you'll be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of control and automation systems. You'll work independently in the field while being supported by an experienced technical team.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission and service automated control systems and associated equipment
- Program, configure and optimise control devices
- Diagnose faults and perform troubleshooting to minimise downtime
- Conduct preventative maintenance and system upgrades




- Ensure systems operate safely, efficiently and within specification
- Provide exceptional service and technical support to customers
- Liaise with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Adhere to all safety and compliance requirements

About You

You will ideally have experience within controls, automation, BMS, HVAC controls, industrial automation, electrical maintenance or a similar technical environment.

You are:

- A strong problem solver who enjoys fault-finding
- Customer-focused and qualified
- Comfortable working autonomously in the field
- Safety-conscious with excellent communication skills
- Motivated to continue learning and developing your technical skills
