Senior Commercial Property Administrator

The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join an owner-side commercial property team, managing a large and diverse portfolio from one onsite location in Rocklea. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of tenant and property matters across the precinct, including:

- Building robust relationships with tenants and key stakeholders
- Managing tenant enquiries, concerns and general property matters
- Conducting tenancy, compliance and site inspections
- Monitoring lease, licence and insurance compliance
- Coordinating maintenance, rectification works and property projects
- Assisting with tenant relocations, alterations and redevelopment initiatives
- Monitoring rental income, outgoings and property budgets
- Maintaining accurate lease records and preparing property reports

This is a Monday to Friday role, working 7:00am to 3:30pm, with no weekend work.

The Candidate
We are looking for someone with experience across commercial, retail, industrial or shopping centre property.

You will ideally have:





- Commercial property management or senior property administration experience
- Strong tenant relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with inspections, compliance and maintenance coordination
- An understanding of commercial leases, licences and property documentation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced onsite environment

Experienced Commercial Property Administrators with hands-on property management exposure will also be considered.

Our client is the owner and manager of a large commercial, retail and industrial precinct in Rocklea. This is an opportunity to move into an owner-side, onsite property management role, working closely with tenants and internal teams across one diverse location rather than travelling between multiple properties.
