What You’ll Do:

You’ll play a key role in developing innovative quantitative solutions that support Fixed Income trading activities. Working alongside experienced trading and technology professionals, you’ll design, build and enhance pricing models, risk tools and analytics applications that drive informed decision‑making and business growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and enhance pricing, risk and analytics applications for Fixed Income trading.
- Design and improve quantitative libraries and analytical models.
- Build real‑time spreadsheet and software applications supporting trading operations.
- Collaborate closely with traders, developers and stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.
- Take ownership of current quantitative capabilities from concept through deployment.




- Apply advanced mathematical techniques to solve complex trading challenges.
- Analyse financial data to improve pricing accuracy and risk management.
- Continuously optimise systems, models and workflows to support business performance.

About You:

- Postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or another quantitative discipline.
- Previous experience as a Quantitative Analyst within Fixed Income markets.
- Strong understanding of cash and derivative financial products.
- Advanced mathematical, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel VBA or similar programming languages.
- Delivery‑focused with a practical engineering mindset.
- Reliable, resilient, conscientious and adaptable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
