Business Transformation | Power BI | Strategic Partnering

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced FP&A; Manager to join a growing organisation undergoing significant transformation and investment in its finance and reporting capabilities.

Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the Group FP&A; Manager, this role will play a key part in enhancing reporting, improving decision-making and driving finance transformation initiatives across the business.

This is not a traditional budgeting and forecasting role. We are seeking someone who enjoys challenging the status quo, introducing new ideas, improving processes and leveraging technology to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.

The Role

- Lead the development of enhanced management reporting and business insights

- Design and implement Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions

- Drive improvements across budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes

- Partner with stakeholders to deliver meaningful analysis and support decision-making

- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and reporting efficiency

- Support finance and technology transformation initiatives across the business

- Assist in developing a more data-driven and commercially focused finance function





- Work closely with senior leadership to provide analysis and recommendations

About You

- Proven experience within FP&A;, commercial finance or business partnering

- Strong analytical and financial modelling capability

- Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI

- Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights

- Demonstrated success improving finance processes and reporting frameworks

- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills

- Commercially minded, proactive and solutions-focused

- Passion for continuous improvement and leveraging technology to drive better outcomes
