Technical Project Manager - Regulatory Technology

We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint an experienced Technical Project Manager to deliver a business-critical regulatory technology initiative.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile transformation program where you'll lead the implementation of a new in-house technology platform, replacing an existing internal solution. The project sits at the intersection of technology, finance and regulatory change, making it ideal for someone who has successfully delivered complex banking technology projects and is comfortable operating across both technical and business domains.

You'll be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery, working closely with developers, testers, architects, finance teams and senior business stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of this data-intensive solution.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex regulatory technology project.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including developers, testers, architects and business SMEs.
- Partner with Finance, Technology and Regulatory stakeholders to define and deliver business outcomes.
- Drive technical delivery across a data-heavy environment, ensuring development and testing teams have what they need to execute successfully.
- Manage project governance, reporting and stakeholder communications.




- Build robust relationships with senior stakeholders while remaining hands-on in the detail of delivery.

To succeed in this role, you'll be an experienced Technical Project Manager with a proven track record delivering technology projects within banking or financial services.

You’ll bring:

- Extensive experience managing end-to-end technology delivery.
- Banking or financial services experience is essential.
- Experience delivering regulatory, finance or accounting technology initiatives.
- Exposure to RegTech, finance systems or accounting platforms will be highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technology delivery.
- Experience working on data-intensive projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively from delivery teams through to senior executives.
- A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to navigate complex environments.

This is an opportunity to join a high-profile regulatory transformation program on an initial 9 - 12 month contract, with strong potential for extension. You'll play a key role in delivering a large-scale in-house technology implementation within a collaborative, high-performing team.
