About the vacancy

- Scheduling orders using the warehouse management system, consultation with the assistant planner in accordance with agreements with clients and haulers.
- Issuing process orders to forklift truck drivers and pickers.
- Monitoring the schedule and adjusting to suit requirements if necessary.
- Maintaining daily contact with clients and haulers or their representatives on progress, priorities, anomalies and problems.
- Identifying anomalies and problems, informing the site manager, agreeing on measures to be taken.
- Processing the administrative information relating to the logistical activities.
- Broad knowledge of the use of the applied planning system
- Continuous improvement knowledge.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System.
- Knowledge of the logistical process.
- Good Mathematical skills.




- Experienced user of computer and software.
- Drivers license.
