We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in delivering a positive employee experience across the entire employment lifecycle.

This is more than an administration role.
You'll be a trusted point of contact for employees and leaders, helping to ensure our people processes are compliant, efficient and employee-focused while contributing to the continuous improvement of our People & Culture function.
You'll have the opportunity to:

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Providing first-line HR support, advice and guidance to employees and leaders
- Coordinating employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, variations, probation reviews, compliance monitoring and offboarding
- Managing HR systems, workforce data, reporting and employee records.
Supporting employment compliance, award interpretation, visa administration and employee benefits
- Assisting with recruitment, policy development, position descriptions and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing HR administration processes including contracts, correspondence, HR inbox enquiries and employee relations documentation
What You'll Bring
- Experience in a HR, People & Culture, administration or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Resilience, sound judgement and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using HR systems, technology and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-focused approach and genuine passion for supporting people
- Experience in disability, aged care, community services or knowledge of the SCHADS Award will be highly regarded
