Job responsibilities:

- Assess patient status and respond to changes using established clinical protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient response.
- Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
- Support secure transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates.
