For over 25 years, Food & Desire has been turning big ideas into unforgettable events, and none of it happens without a crew that can pack a truck right, load it quick, and get it there on time. We're after someone who's happiest getting stuck in; loading vans, driving, and making sure every event kicks off with exactly what it needs.

What you'll be doing:

- Working alongside the Logistics team to keep stock moving and events on schedule, every single day
- Loading and unloading trucks for collections and deliveries to venues and clients
- Driving a 3-tonne truck on daily runs
- Picking, packing and checking Job Orders in the warehouse
- Unpacking equipment, restocking shelves, and keeping the warehouse running like clockwork
- Lifting, shifting, and moving gear – this is a job where you're on your feet and hands-on all day
- Keeping the warehouse clean, sanitary and organised so the whole team can move fast
- Following daily run sheets to hit tight timeframes without cutting corners
- Reporting to the Logistics Manager, and pitching in to guide and support newer team members on the floor





What you'll need:

- A current Australian Open Driver's licence
- At least 1 years’ experience driving a 3-tonne truck
- Physical fitness for the role; regular lifting up to 20kg, and being on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- A clean record and ability to pass a Police Criminal History checkA well-presented, reliable approach – you're often the face of Food & Desire at client sites
- A team player who can adapt on the fly when the day throws a curveball
- Solid time management; when the run sheet says go, you go
- Willingness to lend a hand training newer crew members as you settle in
