West Wimmera Health Service invites applications for a part time or casual Support Worker role across multiple locations in the West Wimmera region. You will provide in-home and community-based supports to help people maintain independence and participate in community life.

Ideal candidates have a Certificate or above in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or Community Services, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with TAC, NDIS, CHSP or HCP clients.
