McMillan Shakespeare is seeking a Claims Operations Manager in Australia to oversee the end-to-end claims processing for the Plan and Support Services portfolio. You will lead a team of about 80 staff across three locations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and timeliness in processing claims for participants under the NDIS framework.
