Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Meat Worker to join our growing team through a Government Sponsored position.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong knife skills and experience in meat processing who is looking for long-term employment and the opportunity to grow within a professional and safety-focused workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform skilled meat processing including cutting, trimming, boning, slicing and portioning meat products
- Operate knives, bandsaws and other meat processing equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare carcasses and meat products according to company and industry standards
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and workplace safety




- Inspect meat quality and ensure compliance with Australian food safety regulations
- Work effectively within a team to meet daily production targets

Skills and Experience Required

- Minimum 2 years experience as a skilled meat worker, butcher, boner or slicer
- Strong knife handling and meat preparation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced processing setting
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
