We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and grow our multi-site operations across ACT and Southern NSW.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multi-site operations across ACT & SNSW, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with WHS policies and procedures
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects efficiently with a focus on productivity and profitability
- Support the growth of the ACT & SNSW portfolio and expansion of services
- Recruit, lead, and develop high-performing teams across multiple sites
- Ensure all incidents, hazards, and near misses are reported and managed appropriately
- Prepare and communicate accurate operational and performance reports

About The Candidate

- 3+ years' experience in a multi-site operations or regional supervisor role
- Experience in construction, industrial, logistics or similar environments
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Proven ability to build client relationships and identify business opportunities
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and operational systems

Requirements

- A current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Full working rights in Australia
- HIGHLY DESIRABLE (But not required)- IICRC, white card, asbestos qualifications, silica awareness
