At Prea James, we know that a brides wedding day can be one of the most important days of their life. We are looking for an experienced senior casual bridal stylists to join our team, to give our brides the best possible experience on their journey to their wedding day. Our brides define Prea James; our customer service, relationships and quality are key to our brands success.

Casual Stylists will also be invited to participate in our generous commission structure.

As a Prea James Bridal Stylist, you will bring:

- Over 2+ years’ experience in a retail and/or customer service role (high fashion/bridal experience preferred)
- A passion for bridal wear and fashion
- Highest level of customer service
- A positive and reliable attitude
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- A can-do attitude with willingness to continue to learn new skills
- Highly self-motivated and success driven, ability to work alone or in a team
- The ability to understand and achieve all store KPIs
- Highest standard of attention to detail and administration experience

Flexibility to work Thursday nights (until 8pm) and weekends.

Details

We are looking for an experienced casual, who has availability on at least 2-3 days between Thursday - Sunday. Potentially more days in the busy period September - March.

The store runs by appointment only and has an intimate and friendly atmosphere.
