Job Description
Sourcify Pty Ltd Key Responsibilities Refer prescriptions to pharmacists for clinical review and approval. Assist in preparing, dispensing, and labelling medications under pharmacist supervision. Maintain accurate medication, patient, and inventory records.

Order, receive, store, and monitor pharmaceutical stock. Manage inventory levels and ensure medications are stored according to regulatory requirements. Prepare prescriptions for dispensing and collection.

Assist customers with general enquiries and refer clinical questions to pharmacists. Support pharmacists with medication management and dispensary operations. Take, collect, label, and process samples where required in accordance with workplace procedures.

Adhere to pharmacy safety, quality assurance, and confidentiality requirements. Ensure compliance with relevant pharmacy regulations and workplace procedures. Assist with online inventory management and stock reconciliation activities.

Requirements AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2),



or equivalent relevant qualification. Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician or in a healthcare/pharmacy environment. Knowledge of dispensing procedures and pharmaceutical inventory management.

Ability to work efficiently under the supervision of a pharmacist. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in pharmacy dispensing and inventory software is highly regarded.
