The Role

Due to continual growth of the company, we are seeking an experienced site supervisor, preferably with experience in Retail, Hospitality and Educational projects to join our team.

Current projects are based in Adelaide CBD, northern and southern suburbs, so local knowledge of trades would be very beneficial.

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be required to oversee all day-to-day site activities to ensure project milestones are achieved, and safety and quality are maintained.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills:





- Robust management and organisational skills to ensure project completion is always on target
- Ideally with 5+ years experience as a Supervisor
- Proven ability to set out trades and effectively manage of subcontractors onsite.
- WHS - Ensuring all site personnel adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
- Experience in supervising projects up to $3m
- Strong work ethic and eye for detail
- Great communicator
- Ability to problem solve
- Read and Interpret Drawings
- Excellent time management
- The ability to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors and project team members.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Computer literacy and well-developed verbal and written skills
