Nabiac Hotel is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Cook to join our busy kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced pub environment and takes pride in preparing quality meals while maintaining high food safety and service standards., * Prepare, cook and present a wide range of high-quality pub-style meals, ensuring consistency, flavour and presentation.

- * Assist in planning seasonal menus and daily specials while contributing creative ideas for menu improvements.
- * Supervise kitchen operations during service, coordinating workflow and supporting junior kitchen staff.
- * Monitor food preparation, portion control, stock rotation and minimise food wastage in accordance with business procedures.
- * Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic kitchen by ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP principles and workplace health and safety requirements.

About the Candidate

- * Relevant commercial cookery qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- * Minimum 2 years' experience working in a busy commercial kitchen.
- * Solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures.
- * Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.
- * Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.
- * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
