This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Property Manager to take on a key role within a property investment and development company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio and ensuring optimal operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring compliance with lease agreements and legislation
- Oversee day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure high standards of tenant satisfaction
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and tenants, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution

Skills and Experience Required:





- Proven experience in commercial property management, with a focus on senior-level responsibilities
- Strong understanding of property legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships effectively
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in property management software (Cirrus8 experience is highly desirable)
- Part time - 3 days/week
