We are looking for a reliable and motivated Manager Petrol Station & Convenience Store to lead the daily operations of our petrol station and convenience store in Bundaberg.

In this role, you will make sure the business runs smoothly every day. You will lead the team, provide great customer service, manage stock, and help grow sales. If you enjoy leading people, solving problems, and creating a welcoming place for customers, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the petrol station and convenience store.
- Lead, train, and support the store team.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
- Monitor fuel and store inventory and place orders when needed.
- Handle cash, banking, and daily sales reports accurately.
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized facilities.
- Ensure all health, safety, and company policies are followed.
- Manage staff schedules and support team performance.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and friendly manner.




- Work to increase sales and improve store performance.

Qualifications

- Previous experience managing a petrol station, convenience store, supermarket, or retail business.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with stock control, cash handling, and daily store operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems confidently.
- Basic computer skills and experience using retail or POS systems.
- A positive attitude with a solid focus on customer satisfaction.
