Estia Health is seeking a Property Contracts and Compliance Manager to coordinate and support management of our property assets. You will work with the Property Service Managers to develop and maintain asset maintenance and compliance across multiple homes.
You will manage procurement strategy, budgeting, and scheduling of maintenance and capex works, ensuring service quality and adherence to compliance. A strong communicator with autonomous yet cooperative approach is essential.
