About the role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying and attracting high-quality technical candidates
- Managing interviews, negotiations, and placement processes
- Building market knowledge within robotics,



automation, engineering, and technology sectors
- Delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates
