About the role

An exciting opportunity has opened up to join Florsheim Shoes, as the Store Manager of our store at The Glen Shopping Centre.

FULL TIME ROLE TUESDAY to SATURDAY ROSTER

To be successful in this role, you will be vibrant, driven and passionate about selling quality products. You will thrive being involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operation of your store and get a buzz from delivering Sales Targets and Business KPIs. You will also love coaching & mentoring your team, believing their success, is your success.

A knowledge of footwear is not essential to be successful in this role but would be a definite advantage. You will, however, need to bring previous store manager experience, a love of working with quality products and an understanding of how to deliver outstanding customer experiences and coach your team to do the same!

You will be an inspirational leader, who can deliver amazing customer experiences, develop and grow a loyal client base and foster a great team environment.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who loves retail, developing their team and creating a great space for their clients to shop.

The successful candidate will:

- Have experience in Retail Leadership, be highly Customer Service and Sales focused, consistently providing Elevated Customer Experiences
- BeHands-on, Energetic & Vibrant,



creating and maintaining a Positive Team Environment
- Be able to Prioritize and apply efficient Time-management to each workday
- Coach and Develop their Team, motivating themto achieve Outstanding Results
- Implement Company Sales Techniques and Loyalty program to drive business profitability
- Manage stock effectively to deliver sales
- Manage Store Roster to accommodate store and business needs

This role is FULL TIME based on a Tuesday-Saturday roster with NO late nights. Salary on offer includes Base + Super + Monthly SALES & KPI Bonuses.
