One Doorway in Cairns is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team delivering 24-hour disability programs in clients' homes. You will work with participants to promote safety, dignity, and independence, aligning daily tasks with each person's NDIS plan and goals.

You'll provide in-home personal care, health support, meal preparation, and activities that develop physical, social, emotional, and intellectual skills.
