About the Role This is a varied warehouse role combining forklift operation with hands-on warehouse duties. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately to customers across Australia.
Your Responsibilities
- Operate LF and/or LO forklifts safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack both small and large customer orders for nationwide distribution
- High reach forklift operation and stock replenishment
- Container unloading
- Heavy manual handling and lifting
- Stocktakes and inventory control
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage inventory and order processing
- Maintain a clean, organised and safety-focused warehouse
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
- Booking freight and logistics (highly regarded but not essential)
About You To be successful in this role you will have:
- A current LF and/or LO Forklift Licence (either or both licences are welcome to apply)
- Previous experience operating high reach forklifts within a warehouse environment
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a strong understanding of warehouse workflow
- Experience with order picking, packing and dispatch
- Confidence with manual handling and heavy lifting
- Container unloading experience
- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
- Logistics or freight booking experience will be highly regarded
