Description

- Prepare accurate consolidated financial statements & reports in compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes to align with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.




- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operations.
- POC for external auditors
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the accounting team.
- Ad hoc project tasks, system upgrades and transformation initatives.

Profile

- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Experience dealing in a large, complex multinational organisation
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent leadership skills/experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
