About the role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive resident experience and lead our care team to deliver protected and effective both consumer choice and clinical care to our residents.

Collaborating closely with our care team, this position entails ensuring that our residents receive the care they need with dignity, respect and involving them in all decisions about their health. Responsibilities include ensuring secure and high-quality care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards, thorough documentation, and promoting a team-oriented environment.

You have a passion for enhancing the lives of older people and an understanding the needs of people living with dementia. To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting
- Excellent clinical knowledge
- Experience and ability to coordinate services, supervise staff as well incharge experience
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, as well as the confidence to workindependently
- Three doses of COVID-19 Vaccination




- Have full rights to work, no restrictions
- Current First Aid & CPR
