Kitchen Steward/ Hand – Brisbane – The Fresh Collective

We are looking for experienced kitchen hands to join The Fresh Collective team in Brisbane. Responsibilities include hands on food preparation and cleaning duties to support our culinary brigade located at Waters Edge.

- Evening shift: Saturday
- Pay rates - Mon-Fri at $33.85 per hour | Sat at $40.62 per hour plus super
- A fun and motivated team workplace
- 20 to 25 hours per week including weekends

The Role

- Basic kitchen duties as requested by the Head Chef, including:
- General washing up
- Basic food preparation
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment
- Cleaning of kitchen surrounds
- Deep cleaning

About You

- Prior hands-on experience in a skilled kitchen environment with knowledge of food hygiene
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week including weekends
- A responsible person who shows initiative
- Hard working, physically fit and reliable – able to lift 10-15kgs comfortably
- In possession of valid Australian working rights
