Talent Acquisition Specialist - Media Agency Experience Essential

Sydney | Hybrid Working (4 days office / 1 day WFH)

A leading global creative agency is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their People & Culture team during an exciting period of growth.

This is a fantastic chance for a recruiter with a strong background within a media, creative, advertising or agency environment who is looking to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced and collaborative organisation.

The Opportunity

Working closely with hiring managers across the business, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle across both corporate and high-volume roles. You will play a key role in attracting and securing top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks and offers
- Write compelling job advertisements and position descriptions
- Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs
- Manage candidate communication and provide an outstanding candidate experience




- Prepare employment documentation and support onboarding activities
- Maintain accurate recruitment reporting and tracking
- Support wider People & Culture initiatives and recruitment projects as required

About You

You Will Have

- Previous recruitment experience within a media agency, creative agency, advertising agency or similar environment (essential)
- 2-3 years' experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing multiple roles simultaneously
- Exposure to high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
- A proactive and adaptable approach with a genuine passion for recruitment
