Doncaster Jaguar Land Rover is looking for an experienced Warranty Clerk to join our Aftersales team and play a key role in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting exceptional customer outcomes.

About the Role

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you'll be responsible for the accurate administration and submission of manufacturer warranty claims while working closely with our Service Advisors, Technicians and Parts team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing, submitting, and monitoring manufacturer warranty claims.
- Ensuring warranty claims comply with manufacturer policies and procedures.
- Reviewing repair orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Liaising with Service Advisors, Technicians, and manufacturers regarding warranty enquiries.
- Following up outstanding claims and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate warranty records and documentation.
- Assisting with manufacturer warranty audits.
- Supporting the Aftersales team with general administrative duties as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:





- Previous experience in automotive warranty administration.
- Strong knowledge of dealership warranty processes and manufacturer requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with dealership management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Experience with Jaguar Land Rover systems is advantageous but not essential.
