Job Description

As part of the Production Team, you'll be producing wholesome food, handcrafted and baked fresh daily. If you're a team player who takes pride in their work - we'd love to hear from you!

- Produce great-tasting baked goods fresh every day
- Work collaboratively with the Production Team to ensure Banjo's high-quality standards are consistently achieved
- Communicate effectively with the Sales Team to ensure products are available and customer expectations are met
- Follow Banjo's established Work Health and Safety (WHS) practices to maintain a safe workplace

About the Employer

Banjo's was founded in 1984, with our first store opening in Launceston, Tasmania. Since then, we've successfully opened over 50 stores across Australia! About the Candidate

- A positive,



confident team player who takes pride in producing quality products
- Experience in baking or food production, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Certificate III in Baking (or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Reliable, well-organised, and a strong communicator who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment
- Someone who loves a challenge and is excited to grow their career with Banjo's
