Senior Tekla Drafter | Sydney

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Tekla Drafter to join a highly regarded structural engineering consultancy in Sydney.

This role would suit a senior-level drafter with 8+ years' structural drafting experience in Australia who is highly proficient in Tekla Structures and looking to work on technically challenging, high-profile projects. Someone who is a self-starter and very autonomous and riven in nature.

About the Role

- Produce detailed structural models and drawings using Tekla Structures
- Work across a diverse range of commercial, residential and major structural projects
- Collaborate closely with structural engineers and project teams
- Review and coordinate structural documentation
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior drafters
- Ensure projects are delivered accurately and to a high standard

About You

- 8+ years' structural drafting experience in Australia
- Advanced proficiency in Tekla Structures




- Strong experience with structural steel and/or concrete detailing
- Excellent understanding of structural construction and detailing principles
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
