This Monday–Friday position offers the opportunity as the in-house Property Manager in a friendly and supportive environment with training by an experienced Manager with more than 30 years in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a current property portfolio of 60 residential, commercial and retail properties across QLD, NSW & ACT
- Manage tenancies and associated leasing documentation
- Arrange & co-ordinate repair and maintenance requests
- Maintain accurate records, property documentation & property management software (PropertyMe Pro)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the property management team
- Provide support in Corporate Administration & Executive assistance

- Proactively communicate with Executive Management,



tenants, tradespeople and other stakeholders to provide high-quality, solution-focused care
- Experience with commercial & retail leasing documentation as well as residential
- Robust organisation and prioritisation skills with keen attention to detail
- Have a positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude
- An innovative mindset and willingness to grow and learn
- Confidence in negotiation and conflict resolution

About you:

- Current Real Estate Licence or registration or previously held
- Knowledge of the Residential, Commercial & Retail Tenancies Acts
- A current driver's license and your own vehicle
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Property Management
- Commercial and retail property management experience is strongly preferred for this position
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft 365
- Experience with Property Management Software (PropertyMe Pro or similar)
- Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position

This position is on site and is not a hybrid role.
