This is an outstanding opportunity to join an experienced team, providing technical leadership and coordination across projects, acting as the primary contact for design, shop drawings, consultant coordination and technical construction support. This role will support the Head of Multi Res by managing technical project delivery and coordinating drawings, RFI's, design documentation and subcontractor shop drawings.

Key aspects of the role include

Managing and coordinating all shop drawing submissions

Coordinate consultant reviews and approvals

Identify design clashes and buildability issues prior to construction

Act as primary technical resource for site personnel

Review structural, achitectural, civil and services documentation

Prepare, issue and track RFI's and maintain registers

Attend consultant, design and coordination meetings

Prepare technical reports and project updates

Monitor progress of critical design deliverables

Assist with construction sequencing and programme planning

Manage material tracking registers

Ensure work complies with approved documentation

Manage inspection and testing requirements

Coordinate quality inspections and defect rectification





Assist with authority and consultant inspections

Our ideal applicant will have a degree or advanced diploma in Engineering, Construction Management or similar; with a minimum of 3 years experience in high rise, commercial or mixed use developments. You should have a strong understanding of structures, facades, services and finishing trades, with experience managing consultant and subcontractor design packages. You should also be proficient at reading and interpreting technical drawings and designs.
