AFTERNOON SHIFT – Freezer Forklift Operator (High Reach & Double Deep) – Smithfield Location!!

Our client is a leading company in the Cold Storage and Distribution industry which is currently seekingexperienced and reliable Storepersons / Forklift Operatorsto join their team forAfternoon shift operation. Location of work will be in Pemulwuy or Smithfield facility will require flexibility for either location.

This is a hands‑on role in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse workplace. You’ll need to be confident operatingHigh Reach & Double deep Forklifts, especiallyCROWN brand, and working incold/freezer conditions (-28°C).

Shifts & Pay Rates:

- Afternoon Shift:16:00 pm–00:00 am (midnight) - $39.59 /hr+ OT + Cold Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

- High Reach & Double Deep Forklift Operation (CROWN brand – Double Deep up to 9 bays high)
- Freezer work (-28°C environment)
- Picking & Packing orders




- Replenishment and stock rotation
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Use of pallet wrapping machines and EPJs
- General warehousing and ad hoc duties

To be considered, you MUST:

- Hold avalid LF Forklift Licence
- HaveHigh Reach Forklift experience(CROWN, Double Deep –12+ months minimum)
- Be confident with7–9 bays high racking
- Have2+ years’ experiencein a similar role/industry
- Bephysically fit– heavy lifting involved
- Have yourown reliable transport
- Bepunctual, reliable, and flexiblewith shift availability
- Freezer/cold room experienceis highly regarded
- RF scanningexperience preferred (not essential)

All shortlisted candidates must complete aPre-Employment Medical, including aDrug and Alcohol Test, conducted by ouron-site Occupational Nurseduring the interview process.
